Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets (6oz each)
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (regular or smoked)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or any coarse salt)
- Lemon slices
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brush the tops of the salmon filets with melted butter.
- Mix together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Generously sprinkle the mixture over the tops of the filets.
- Add foil to the bottom of the air fryer basket and spritz it with cooking spray. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes.
- Place the salmon, skin side down, on the foil. Set the air fryer to the “air fry” setting at 390°F for 10 minutes.
- Check for doneness. The internal temperature should be 145°F, and the fish will easily flake with a fork.
Notes
Serve hot with fresh lemon slices and herbs. Pairs well with roasted vegetables, rice, or a simple salad.
