Description
A hearty and filling slow cooker chili that’s perfect for busy days and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon homemade chili seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Combine the cooked ground beef, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped onions, garlic, or bell peppers when browning the beef. Adjust spice level with jalapeƱos or hot sauce.
