Delightful cookies combining sweet white chocolate, crunchy pretzels, and chewy toffee bits.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 1 egg
- 2¾ cups Bisquick
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup toffee bits
- ½ cup chopped pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line baking pans with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until fluffy.
- Mix in the egg. Add Bisquick and vanilla.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pretzels.
- Using a large cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
