Description

Delightful cookies combining sweet white chocolate, crunchy pretzels, and chewy toffee bits.


Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • 2¾ cups Bisquick
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • ½ cup chopped pretzels


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line baking pans with parchment paper.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg. Add Bisquick and vanilla.
  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pretzels.
  5. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Notes

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
