Deliciously creamy White Chocolate Brownies, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, then set aside.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and the white chocolate together in 30-second increments, mixing in between.
- Whisk in the granulated sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Fold in the flour and salt, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and enjoying.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or slightly warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
