Description

Deliciously creamy White Chocolate Brownies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, then set aside.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and the white chocolate together in 30-second increments, mixing in between.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in the flour and salt, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and enjoying.

Notes

Serve at room temperature or slightly warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
