Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and butter in a small saucepan until melted. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the warm milk mixture, eggs, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into doughnut shapes.
