Ingredients
- 2 cans of whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans of creamed corn
- 1 box of cornbread mix
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix, sour cream, cheddar cheese, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
- Mix everything together until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a mix of different cheeses or add diced jalapeños for some spice. You can also customize with bell peppers or bacon.
