Ingredients
- Tender chicken
- Fresh veggies (such as lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers)

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, and rice wine vinegar to create the Thai peanut sauce.
- Cook the tender chicken and slice it.
- Prepare fresh veggies of your choice (such as lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers).
- Spread the sauce on the wraps, add chicken and veggies, and roll them up tightly.
- Serve immediately on a platter with extra peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
