Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 pound chicken thighs, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
- Serve the sticky chicken over jasmine rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
