Description

A quick and delicious meal combining tender chicken, flavorful sauce, and fluffy jasmine rice, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 pound chicken thighs, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
  4. Serve the sticky chicken over jasmine rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes
