Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound baby potatoes (yellow or Yukon Gold), halved or quartered
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pats
Instructions
Lightly spray a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
Place beef stew meat in one half of the slow cooker
Arrange baby potatoes in the other half
Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over the beef and potatoes
Drizzle 1 tablespoon minced garlic on top
Distribute unsalted butter pats evenly across the meat and potatoes
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours
