Description

A delightful one-pan dish capturing the essence of a traditional shrimp boil, combining shrimp, potatoes, and corn.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound small potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the potatoes, corn, olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large sheet pan. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the shrimp and lemon slices on top of the vegetable mixture.
