Description

Delicious and easy-to-make bars combining peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
