Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package (8.5 ounces) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir until fully combined. If desired, fold in shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes
