Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 package (8.5 ounces) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir until fully combined. If desired, fold in shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
- Serve warm.
