Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and honey.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
