Description

A crispy, cheesy chicken dinner that brings the taste of a popular steakhouse right into your kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In one dish, mix the breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat together the eggs and milk.
  4. Place the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the golden chicken to a baking dish.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Top the chicken with this mixture.
  9. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. You can add spices or herbs to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
