Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chopped onion and garlic until softened.
