Ingredients
- 2 Fresh cucumbers
- 200g Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
- Cut mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine and serve chilled.
