Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh cucumbers
  • 200g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Cut mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
