A creamy and sweet corn casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for families, potlucks, or holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding cooked bacon or sausage. Different cheese types can enhance flavor, and heat can be added with jalapeños or cayenne pepper.
