Description

A creamy and sweet corn casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for families, potlucks, or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding cooked bacon or sausage. Different cheese types can enhance flavor, and heat can be added with jalapeños or cayenne pepper.
