Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

- 1/2 cup of heavy cream

Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them steam dry for a minute.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter until melted.
