Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing the muffin pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a muffin pan with olive oil.
- Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the potato slices in the muffin pan, brushing each layer with the butter mixture.
- Repeat until you fill the cups with potato stacks.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
