Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal, white chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers look set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker cookies. Experiment with different mix-ins for variety.
