Description

Colorful and crunchy cookies that are perfect for kids, combining soft and chewy textures with vibrant Fruity Pebbles cereal.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal, white chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles.
  6. Scoop mounds of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers look set.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker cookies. Experiment with different mix-ins for variety.
