Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., dill or parsley)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with fresh herbs if desired.
