Description

Quick and healthy air fryer salmon, loaded with flavor and ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz. each)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • Pinch of pepper


Instructions

  1. Combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a rub.
  2. Pat the rub generously on both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and place the salmon fillets in the air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the tops are caramelized.
  5. Dish and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

For a more intense flavor, marinate the salmon in the rub for 30 minutes before cooking. Add a light coat of cooking spray before air frying for crunchier texture.
