Description
Quick and healthy air fryer salmon, loaded with flavor and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (5–8 oz. each)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a rub.
- Pat the rub generously on both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and place the salmon fillets in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the tops are caramelized.
- Dish and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
For a more intense flavor, marinate the salmon in the rub for 30 minutes before cooking. Add a light coat of cooking spray before air frying for crunchier texture.
