Description

A delightful salad that combines refreshing crunch with flavorful union, perfect for barbecues and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Brine
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 8 ounces Short Pasta
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • 1 cup Mini Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Mild Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Red Onions
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the short pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Prepare the bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease and crumble into pieces.
  3. Make the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle brine, yellow mustard, kosher salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  4. Combine ingredients: Add the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, pickles, mini cucumbers, mild cheese, red onions, and fresh dill to the dressing. Gently fold together until combined.
  5. Season: Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to preference.
  6. Chill: Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  7. Serve: Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes
