Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a bowl with a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix until incorporated, scraping the sides of the bowl.
- Add the flour and baking soda and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- Use a small ice cream scoop (about 2 tablespoons) to scoop dough onto the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
