Description

Delightful soft and sweet cookies with creamy white chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a bowl with a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix until incorporated, scraping the sides of the bowl.
  4. Add the flour and baking soda and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  6. Use a small ice cream scoop (about 2 tablespoons) to scoop dough onto the baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
