Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let them steam dry for a couple of minutes.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
