Description

A delicious meal combining rich flavors and vibrant colors with salmon, cherry tomatoes, and fresh spinach in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh spinach
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and create a creamy sauce.
  8. Add the salmon back to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over it.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Make sure to not overcook the salmon; it should be flaky and tender. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor, especially spinach and tomatoes.
