Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Butter
- Garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and create a creamy sauce.
- Add the salmon back to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over it.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Make sure to not overcook the salmon; it should be flaky and tender. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor, especially spinach and tomatoes.
