Description
Succulent boneless chicken breasts simmer in a rich, herbaceous ranch gravy made with cream of chicken soup and savory brown gravy, all cooked to tender perfection in a slow cooker—perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
1 packet ranch seasoning/nutmeg-blended dry ranch mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
Whisk ranch seasoning with cream of chicken soup and beef broth in a bowl.
Spray slow cooker with oil. Place chicken in cooker, sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper.
Pour soup mixture over chicken.
Stir in brown gravy mix until blended.
Cover and cook on LOW 6-7 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.
Notes
For thicker sauce: Mix 1 tbsp flour with gravy mix before adding to cooker.
Bone-in breasts add richness; substitute pork-free vegetable broth if desired.
Gravy mix adjusts thickness—add broth gradually to preference.
