Description

Delightful Cookies and Cream Cookies blend vanilla, chocolate, and cream flavors, featuring chunks of Oreo and creamy white chocolate, making them a delicious snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside for later.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until well combined.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  5. Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the dry ingredients slowly. Mix until the dough comes together, then stir in the chopped cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Use a small cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons of dough) to scoop the dough and roll it into balls. Gently press down on each cookie.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set, allowing the centers to be slightly underbaked.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
