Description
Delightful Cookies and Cream Cookies blend vanilla, chocolate, and cream flavors, featuring chunks of Oreo and creamy white chocolate, making them a delicious snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside for later.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the dry ingredients slowly. Mix until the dough comes together, then stir in the chopped cookies and white chocolate chips.
- Use a small cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons of dough) to scoop the dough and roll it into balls. Gently press down on each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set, allowing the centers to be slightly underbaked.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Enjoy!

Cookies are best served warm with a glass of milk or hot chocolate. Store in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days or freeze for longer storage.
