Ingredients
Flank Steak, 1 pound
Lime Juice, 1/4 cup
Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
Cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped
Garlic, 3 cloves

Chili Powder, 1 teaspoon
Salt, 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
Rice, 1 cup cooked
Black Beans, 1 can drained and rinsed
Corn, 1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes, 1 cup halved
Avocado, 1 medium, sliced
Instructions
Whisk lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Marinate flank steak in the mixture for 15 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; cook steak 3-4 minutes per side
Slice steak against the grain
Assemble bowls with rice, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and steak
