Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cooked Shrimp
  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots Blend

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Seafood Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 box Refrigerated Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the refrigerated Cheddar Bay biscuit package.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the diced onion and celery, sautéing until soft.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir for about 2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Whisk in the seafood broth and heavy cream, ensuring there are no lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp, crab meat, peas, carrots, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
