Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked Shrimp
- 1 cup Crab Meat
- 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots Blend

- 2 cups Seafood Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

- 1 box Refrigerated Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the refrigerated Cheddar Bay biscuit package.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the diced onion and celery, sautéing until soft.
- Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir for about 2 minutes to create a roux.
- Whisk in the seafood broth and heavy cream, ensuring there are no lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked shrimp, crab meat, peas, carrots, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a pie dish or casserole dish.
- Open the Cheddar Bay biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Top the seafood mixture with the biscuits.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the oven according to the biscuit package instructions or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
