Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
- Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the shrimp and salmon to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference. Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
