Ingredients
- 30 chocolate sandwich cookies (finely crushed)
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
- 1.5 cups hot fudge sauce (chilled)
- 1.5 cups salted peanuts (chopped if desired)
- 1 cup chocolate shell topping
Instructions
- Combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with the melted butter until well-coated.
- Press the cookie mixture firmly into a lined 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie crust.
- Pour the chilled hot fudge sauce on top of the ice cream layer, spreading it carefully to avoid mixing.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped salted peanuts over the fudge layer.
- Add the remaining vanilla ice cream on top, smoothing it out as needed.
- Drizzle the chocolate shell topping over the ice cream, and finish by adding the rest of the peanuts on top.
- Freeze the Buster Bar Ice Cream Cake until firm. Once solid, slice and serve cold.
