Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
2/3 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried
Optional powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth
Unroll crescent dough and divide into 8 triangles
Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto each dough triangle, leaving a border
Add 3-4 blueberries to the center of each
Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet
Bake for 13 minutes until golden and crispy
Optional: Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving
