Description

A delightful fusion of classic Big Mac flavors into a satisfying pasta dish, perfect for gatherings or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, ground beef, pickles, onions, lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Add Thousand Island dressing and toss everything gently until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
