Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, ground beef, pickles, onions, lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
- Add Thousand Island dressing and toss everything gently until well combined.
