Description

Deliciously chewy chocolate chip cookies with melty chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt until smooth.
  4. Beat in the vanilla and eggs until fluffy.
  5. Gradually blend in the flour mixture, then stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
  8. Let cool on pans for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes
