Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
½ cup BBQ sauce (smoky or honey-based)
2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lower fat)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional
Chopped cilantro (or parsley), for garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and mix until fully coated.
In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a tortilla on a clean surface and spread the chicken mixture in the center.
Layer coleslaw over the chicken and sprinkle cheese if using.
Roll the tortilla tightly, folding sides inward. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Optional: Cut diagonally for presentation.
