Ingredients
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Flour tortillas (for chips)
- Butter (for brushing)
- Cinnamon and sugar mixture (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg, and then add them to the cream cheese mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush flour tortillas with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Cut into triangles and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve the Apple Pie Dip in a bowl with the cinnamon sugar chips on the side.
