Description

A low-carb loaf made with Greek yogurt and nut flours for a tender crumb, perfect for breakfasts, quick sandwiches, and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
