A colorful and healthy fruit salad layered with creamy yogurt and cream cheese, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (300g) strawberries, cut
- 1 cup (150g) black grapes
- 1 cup (140g) blueberries
- 1 cup (160g) orange segments
- 1 cup (150g) kiwi, sliced
- 1 cup (165g) pineapple, cubes
- 2 tbsp (30ml) honey
- 1.5 cups (360g) Greek yogurt
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice
- Mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the cream mix by combining Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a glass bowl, layer the ingredients starting with strawberries, followed by a generous layer of cream mix.
- Add black grapes on top of the cream, then another layer of cream.
- Follow with orange segments, more cream, then pineapple cubes with more cream.
- Next, add kiwi slices and top with berries and strawberry halves for a colorful look.
- Decorate with mint leaves for elegance.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes to set the layers nicely. Serve directly from the bowl.
