Description

A comforting Vanilla Chai Tea Latte made with black tea, aromatic spices, creamy milk, and a hint of vanilla, perfect for any time of the day.


Ingredients

  • 2 Black tea bags
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk (any type you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Brown sugar or honey (to taste)


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water, tea bags, and all the spices. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat and remove the tea bags. Let the mixture steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat without boiling.
  4. Use a frother or whisk to froth the milk until it creates a lovely foam.
  5. Strain the tea mixture into a mug, stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener, then pour the frothed milk on top.
