Description
A comforting Vanilla Chai Tea Latte made with black tea, aromatic spices, creamy milk, and a hint of vanilla, perfect for any time of the day.
Ingredients
- 2 Black tea bags
- ¾ cup Water
- 1 cup Milk (any type you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
- Brown sugar or honey (to taste)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the water, tea bags, and all the spices. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and remove the tea bags. Let the mixture steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat without boiling.
- Use a frother or whisk to froth the milk until it creates a lovely foam.
- Strain the tea mixture into a mug, stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener, then pour the frothed milk on top.
Notes
