Description

Quick and portable Turkey Roll-Ups, perfect for lunches and snacks.


Ingredients

  • Sliced turkey
  • Soft cheese (cream cheese or herby spread)
  • Tortillas (e.g. spinach or any other)
  • Veggies (lettuce, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • Hot sauce or honey mustard (optional)


Instructions

  1. Spread cheese in the middle of the tortilla.
  2. Lay turkey slices on top, covering the tortilla edge to edge.
  3. Add any desired veggies.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly.
  5. Slice into bite-sized rounds if serving, or enjoy as a whole roll.
