- 3-4 cups Diced potatoes
- 1 (10.5 oz) can Cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
