A visually appealing Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board featuring a variety of gourmet cheeses, cured meats, fruits, and accompaniments, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz aged cheddar, sliced or cubed
  • 6 oz creamy brie, cut into wedges
  • 6 oz smoked gouda, sliced
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled or cut into wedges
  • 6 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz sliced salami
  • 8 oz roasted turkey breast, sliced or cut into ribbons
  • 1 cup roasted pecans
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup green or red grapes
  • 1 medium honeycrisp apple, sliced
  • 1 medium pear, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fig jam or cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup marinated olives
  • 1/2 cup pickled vegetables (such as carrots or green beans)
  • 1 cup assorted crackers (whole grain, water crackers, crostini)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Optional: 1/2 cup spiced pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Select a large serving board and arrange small bowls for jams, olives, and pickled veggies.
  2. Evenly place all cheeses around the board, cutting some into cubes, wedges, or slices.
  3. Arrange prosciutto, salami, and turkey breast in ribbons or folds beside the cheeses.
  4. Fill in empty spaces with fruits (apple, pear slices, grapes), roasted pecans, and dried cranberries.
  5. Add assorted crackers and crostini, spreading them throughout the board for accessibility.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and scatter optional spiced pumpkin seeds for color and crunch.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy—refill crackers or fruit as needed during your gathering!

Notes

Experiment with local or seasonal cheeses, and consider additional garnishes like edible flowers or herbs.
