Ingredients
- 8 oz aged cheddar, sliced or cubed
- 6 oz creamy brie, cut into wedges
- 6 oz smoked gouda, sliced
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled or cut into wedges
- 6 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 6 oz sliced salami
- 8 oz roasted turkey breast, sliced or cut into ribbons
- 1 cup roasted pecans
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup green or red grapes
- 1 medium honeycrisp apple, sliced
- 1 medium pear, sliced
- 1/2 cup fig jam or cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup marinated olives
- 1/2 cup pickled vegetables (such as carrots or green beans)
- 1 cup assorted crackers (whole grain, water crackers, crostini)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
- Optional: 1/2 cup spiced pumpkin seeds
Instructions
