- 4 pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned.
