Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (85/15)
32 oz frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 medium onion, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 can (12 oz) corn, drained (optional)
1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Brown ground beef with diced onion for 7-8 minutes. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Drain excess fat.
3. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and optional vegetables. Mix in 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups cheese. Heat through.
4. Transfer beef mixture to baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Arrange frozen tater tots in single layer.
5. Bake uncovered 35-45 minutes until tots are golden and crispy.
6. Let rest a few minutes. Garnish with parsley or scallions if desired.

Keep tater tots frozen until ready to use for maximum crispiness.
