Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions and mix well.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a bowl shape.
- Fill each wonton bowl with a spoonful of the seasoned ground beef, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Customize the filling with beans or corn; for a healthier option, use ground turkey.
