Enjoy the delicious layers of beef, cheese, and fresh ingredients in this homemade version of the Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain the excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and follow the package instructions.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Divide the beef mixture, cooked rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo among the tortillas.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings.
  6. Optionally, grill the burritos on a skillet until golden brown.
