Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and caramelized.
- Drizzle remaining marinade over the chicken while cooking.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot with rice or salad.
