Delicious Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps packed with protein and fresh veggies, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil (like olive oil or vegetable oil)
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 carrot, grated
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: cilantro, chopped green onions, lime wedges
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the sweet chili sauce, stirring well to coat the chicken. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare your vegetables. Slice the bell pepper, grate the carrot, and wash the lettuce.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds until pliable.
- On each tortilla, layer the chicken mixture, bell peppers, carrots, and lettuce.
- Add any optional toppings, such as cilantro or green onions, if desired.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or pack for lunch.
Notes
