Description

A delicious stir-fry featuring succulent steak and juicy shrimp mixed with vibrant veggies and flavorful noodles for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles
  • 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a hot wok or large skillet. Toss in the steak cubes, season lightly, and sear until browned.
  2. In the same pan, add shrimp and sauté until just pink and curled.
  3. Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and greens. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked noodles, then pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil. Stir everything together.
  5. Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Stir well to coat in sauce and heat through.

Notes

For best results, cut vegetables and proteins ahead of time. Customize the veggies based on availability.
